| Q: |
Who first got you interested in hockey? |
| A: |
My Parent's took me to the infamous All Season's Ice Arena for an open skate and I thought playing hockey would be interesting. |

| Q: |
Brad, I have seen you at the gym working out a number in your infant XS Michael Jordan jersey, and noticed you have unbelievably defined arms. What is your secret? Supplements? Can you tellme anything to help me and look and be more like you? |
| A. |
I'm just going to come out and say right now that you probably will never be able to attain the definition that my arms show.... but, there are a few things that will possibly help:
1) Join a Frat.
2) Wear Youth XL basketball jersey's to IMPE (everyday)
3) Protein!
4) Join the RCU
5) Did I say Join a Frat?
If you follow these guidelines you won't absolutely and completely embarrass yourself when you are standing next to me. |

| Q: |
Your appearance on the powerplay has been resembling that of Alex Park. Has he been giving you pointers? |
| A. |
No, I've actually been the one giving Alex the pointers throughout his whole career; I feel bad for him sometimes so I tell Chad to through him out there and maybe boost his confidence. |
| |
|
| Q. |
Do you have any superstitions or pregame rituals that must be observed? |
| A. |
I tend to drink coffee, Read Sports Illustrated, and take a nap. I'm not some old man (Nemeth) that needs to stretch; it's what we have warm-ups for. I might be enticed to join the hacky sack crew next year but that is highly doubtful.

| Q. |
If you could choose a team to take SLU's vacated spot in the CSCHL, who would you pick? |
| A. |
I am lobbying hard for Waubonsee Community College to join the league. I hear they imported several talented players from Mexico near where the Brothers Heredia use to play. |
| |
|
| Q. |
Brad- I've heard you sit and read before games with your lattes and maybe get a quick nap in now and then, um, why? Do the Pikes wear you out that bad? |
| A. |
I like to take the time before games to relax from my hectic weeks. Most of the GDI slobs (everyone except Cohen and myself) on the team wouldn't understand what it means to be active on campus. While hockey row sits on their butt's playing "NHL 2008" and "Guitar Hero," I am out there going to Philanthropy events, Social events, and working out. All which are foreign terms to the rest of the team. |
| |
|
| Q. |
What plans do you have for the off-season? |
| A. |
I am planning on hazing GDI's, being a sweet frat dude, and becoming more involved with the illustrious RCU. |
| |
|
| Q. |
If I understand correctly, you used to be a forward. How does a playergo from a forward to an MVP defensemen? There are not many players whocould pull that off... how'd you do it? Congratulations on a great season! |
| A. |
First of all, thank you. I was able to pick up my game by receiving several key tips from guys on our team. Stein showed me the importance of speed. Price showed me the importance of a balanced/healthy diet. Betourne showed me the importance of the lunge-punch and when to use it. Mannina showed me how to execute "the floater" from the point and light the LAMP-tern. Rick showed me how to blast a slapper. DJ showed me the importance of communication on the ice ("Hey boys!" - so key). Dangerous Dave showed me how to punch/eat steel. Burda/Jennings/Park showed me how to deal with all the female fans off of the ice. Resch showed me how to trick the other teams by skating like a bender. Johnny showed me how to keep my shot down. Pringle is just nasty. The Heredia's/Butler showed me how to be polite to the opposing players. Timmy g showed me the importance of finesse. Tom Connell - the importance of HGH. Nemeth taught me how to work out. Ergun showed me the importance of eating food. Wicklin - how essential shaving your chest is. The rooks didn't teach me anything because they are pathetic. Last but not least.....
my hoisting abilities have significantly improved. All of these tips created the player I am this year. |
| |
|
| Q. |
How are you going to top this past season? |
| A. |
It's going to be a easy to top it - We will do the same thing but without having to see Drew Heredia's ugly face/voice talking to reporters anymore.... Or experiencing Dangerous' awkwardness. |
| |
|
| Q. |
What's your most memorable hockey moment? |
| A. |
Owning Pat Mannina in D-Endzone in the corner (twice), hoisting a puck through the ceiling tile, and being named the MVP of Aerobic Flow......All in one practice. It will never be replaced. |
